Why must I fill in a waiver before I am allowed to enter the arena?
The waiver is an acknowledgment on the part of the jumper that trampolining comes with certain physical risks, and the jumper agrees to be personally responsible for voluntary participation in these activities with knowledge of said risks. Please read the waiver carefully before filling it in.
We strongly advise that you have your waivers completed in advance of your scheduled jump time as this will make the check-in process faster. For jumpers under 18 years old, they will need a parent or guardian to sign the waiver on their behalf (Me and my kids).Back to Index
I have completed a waiver before at other trampoline parks. Why do I still have to fill it up again?
Each trampoline park has their own waiver systems. As long as you have not completed a waiver at Katapult before, you will have to fill it up before you are allowed to enter the arena. Once you have completed the waiver with us, you will not be required to fill it up again on your subsequent visits.Back to Index
I am not comfortable with sharing my personal information online.
The online waivers are stored securely in a US-based Cloud server and it has been around for many years. Katapult will not misuse the information in the waivers other than in cases of emergencies.
We have a printable waiver available if you do not want to fill up the online waiver. However, the paper waiver is only valid for ONE day and you will have to fill it up again for your subsequent visits.Back to Index
What is a 5- or 10-session multipass?
With a multipass, you can purchase 5 or 10 ONE-hour sessions at one go at a slight discount per session (as compared to standard weekday or weekend rates). You can use these sessions for different people in the same jump hour – so if you’re visiting us in a group of 5 or 10, the multipasses are for you! Please note however that multipasses are only available for purchase over the counter and not online.Back to Index
I have a gift card from Katapult. How do I go about using it?
Just present your gift card to the staff over the counter to redeem your 5- or 10-session multipass sessions. We will collect the card from you after redemption as the multipass will be credited under your name. To use your multipass sessions, just inform the counter staff the phone number that the multipass is under.Back to Index
When is the last admission?
Our last jump hour is from 8pm to 9pm. Katapult will not allow any walk-ins after 8.15pm. No extra time will be given for latecomers as we close at 9pm sharp.Back to Index
Do I need to buy tickets in advance to jump at Katapult?
You can, walk-ins are always welcome. However, we do reach full capacity during peak periods (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) so it is recommended to do an online booking if you are planning on visiting during these days. Tickets sold online are non-refundable and non-transferrable.Back to Index
Why aren’t the multipass and student rates available for online booking?
We’re afraid the multipass and student rates are not available for online reservations, as these are special discounted prices. For the latter case, we will also need to verify that you hold a valid student pass to be eligible for the student rates.Back to Index
Can I make a reservation over the phone?
We’re afraid we do not take reservations over the phone.Back to Index
Can I change the timing of my reservation?
Yes, you can; please give us a call and quote us your 5-digit sales ID number. A successful change in timing is however subject to the availability of slots in the preferred jump hour.Back to Index
I don’t have a credit/debit card. Can I pay when I get there?
All advance online reservations need to be paid at the time of booking. If you are unable to do this online, you can pay over the counter upon arrival (we do not accept NETS). This means that you are not booking in advance and may run the risk of missing out on your preferred jump time, especially during our peak periods.Back to Index
Must I buy grip socks? Can’t I use my own?
It is a requirement for all jumpers to enter the park with proper grip socks with rubber soles to prevent slipping or tripping on the trampolines. Socks are $3/pair, regardless of size, are available over our counter, and are yours for the keeping! Of course, if you already have grip socks from other trampoline parks, please bring them along and present them at the counter. Staff will check that you have grip socks before entering the trampoline park to ensure that safety standards are met.Back to Index
Is there any age limit for jumpers?
No, there isn’t! We welcome jumpers of all ages and it doesn’t matter whether you are old or young, as long as you are mobile! For kids 4 years and below, one adult MUST accompany the jumper and the accompanying adult gets to go in for free.Back to Index
Is it necessary for me to accompany the kids into the arena?
For kids below 4 years and below, it is required for an adult to accompany the jumper at all times and entry fee is waived for the accompanying adult. For older kids, you can choose to enter the arena to accompany the kids and take photos but it is not mandatory. Companion fees will be charged at $3 per pax.Back to Index
Is there a weight limit?
Unfortunately, we are unable to allow anyone over 110kg to jump on the trampolines due to health and safety reasons.Back to Index
What is the appropriate attire for trampoline activities, and are there shower facilities on-site?
Generic sports attire will do; no watches or jewelry are allowed on the floor. Feel free to wear glasses, though! There are toilets and shower facilities right outside the building.Back to Index
Where can I store my personal belongings?
We have lockers to secure your belongings while you jump. Please empty your pockets of phones, selfie-sticks, keys and any other items that can cause injury or be lost or broken. Our lockers are keyless and rental starts from $4 for 2 hours for a big locker (suitable for a bag and spare clothes) and $2 for 2 hours for the smaller one (suitable for small items like wallet and keys). All our locker funds go towards our adopted partner Ground-Up Initiative (GUI) in support of their cause.
Katapult is NOT liable for lost, misplaced or stolen items should you choose not to rent the lockers for your belongings.Back to Index
Can I bring my phone/camera/GoPro into the arena?
You can allowed to bring these items inside with you but please do not jump with them. You can approach one of our friendly marshals to help you if you want to take a video or photo of yourself jumping!Back to Index
Do you keep lost property?
Yes, we have a lost-and-found section so if you think you may have lost anything at our park, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can try and locate whatever you have lost. Please note that we only keep lost property for one month, thereafter all is donated to charity.Back to Index
